Delivery

Delivery possible in the whole world. The delivery times indicated below concern metropolitan France.

Products are dispatched no later than 48 hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays, except for pre-orders for which the dispatch date is specified on the product sheet). Deliveries are made to the address indicated when the order was placed, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a delivery service with tracking and delivery without signature, or by CHRONOPOST for the express option. They can also be delivered via Mondial Relay to the collection point of your choice. The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 days via colissimo and Mondial Relay, and 24 to 48 hours via Chronopost. For Colissimo and Chronopost deliveries, the letter carrier will deliver to your home. In the event of home delivery and the purchaser's absence, he or she will receive a delivery notice from the letter carrier, enabling him or her to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office, within a period specified by the postal services.

A hand delivery is possible in Paris-Centre, Beaubourg district.

RETURN

Les Militantes offers you free return shipping for all orders placed in metropolitan France.

To do this, you have a period of 14 days to return your items. The returned items must be packaged in their original packaging, along with their accessories and supplies. The cardboard labels must be on the garment as they were when it was delivered. Only new, unworn and undirty products will be refunded, via the payment method used at the time of the order. Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

To return your package, please send us an email to the following address: hello@lesmilitantes.com. It is imperative to include in this email: your order number and the detailed reason for the return. An email will then be sent to you with a prepaid Colissimo or Mondial Relay label, to stick on your parcel, if the order was placed in France. The parcel will have to be packed so that no degradation of the clothing can take place. It must be dropped off at the post office within 8 days of the return request.
