DELIVERY

Delivery possible in the whole world. The delivery times indicated below concern metropolitan France.

The products are shipped within 48 hours after the order (excluding weekends and holidays). Deliveries are made to the address indicated when the order was placed, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature, or by CHRONOPOST for the express option. They can also be carried out via Mondial Relay in a collection point of your choice. The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 days via colissimo and Mondial Relay and 24 to 48 hours via Chronopost. The buyer is delivered to his home by his letter carrier for the colissimo or chronopost delivery. In case of absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage of his factor, which allows him to withdraw the ordered products at the nearest post office, during a time indicated by the postal services.

A hand delivery is possible in Paris-Centre, Beaubourg district.

RETURN

Les Militantes offer you free return shipping.

To do this, you have a period of 14 days to return your items. The returned items must be packaged in their original packaging, along with their accessories and supplies. The cardboard labels must be on the garment as they were when it was delivered. Only new, unworn and undirty products will be refunded, via the payment method used at the time of the order. Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

To return your package, please send us an email to the following address: hello@lesmilitantes.com. It is imperative to include in this email: your order number and the detailed reason for the return. An email will then be sent to you with a prepaid Colissimo label, to be stuck on your package. The parcel must be packed in such a way that no damage to the garment can occur. It will have to be deposited in a post office within 8 days following the request of return.
