Free delivery in Metropolitan France from 200 € of purchases, in Shop2shop relay point

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by Chronopost, or by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature, or to relay points. Delivery times are for information purposes only; If these exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. The company Les Militantes Provides the buyer with the tracking number of their package via email. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman or to the relay point he has previously chosen. For deliveries made by post and in the event of the buyer's absence, he will receive a notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered at the nearest post office, within a period indicated by the postal services.

A hand delivery is possible in Paris-Centre, Beaubourg district.

RETURN

Les Militantes offer you return shipping if you live in metropolitan France.

You have 14 days to return your items. Returned parts must be packaged in their original packaging, along with their accessories and supplies. The cardboard labels must appear on the garment as they were at the time of delivery. Only new, unworn and unsoiled products will be refunded, via the payment method used when ordering. The refund will take place within 5 days after receiving your shipment.

To return your package, please send us an email at the following address: hello@lesmilitantes.com. To be included in this email: your order number and the detailed reason for the return. An email will then be sent to you with a prepaid Colissimo or Chronopost label, to be affixed to your parcel. The package must be packed in such a way that no damage to the garment can take place. It must be dropped off at a post office or relay point within 8 days of the return request.
