Items in stock are shipped no later than 48 hours after ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise specified on the website). Pre-order items are shipped no later than the day indicated on the product sheet.
Orders are shipped when complete: If you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item in the same order, both will be shipped on the date indicated for the pre-order.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are made by Chronopost, or by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature, or to relay points. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. Les Militantes provides the buyer with the tracking number of their package by email. The buyer is delivered to their home by their postman or to the relay point they have previously chosen. For deliveries made by post and in the absence of the buyer, they will receive a delivery notice from their postman, which allows them to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office, during a period indicated by the postal services.
Personal delivery is possible in central Paris, Beaubourg district.

The Militantes will cover the return costs if you live in mainland France.
You have 14 days to return your items. Returned items must be packaged in their original packaging, accompanied by their accessories and supplies. The cardboard labels must appear on the garment as they were upon delivery. Only new, unworn and unsoiled products will be refunded, via the payment method used when ordering. The refund will take place within 5 days after receipt of your shipment.
To return your package, please send us an email to the following address: hello@lesmilitantes.com. This email must include your order number and the detailed reason for the return. An email will then be sent to you with a prepaid Colissimo or Chronopost label to stick on your package. The package must be packaged in such a way that no damage to the garment can occur. It must be dropped off at a post office or relay point within 8 days of the return request.
